Here's my latest intel as we launch into one of the most transactional times on the NBA calendar, dominated by trade discussions and free agent machinations plus the next class of NBA rookies arriving
This particular week in basketball began with the Denver Nuggets’ first championship in 47 NBA seasons and nine before that in the glorious ABA.
They also helpfully won it all way back on Monday, which extended the runway of buildup to next Thursday’s NBA Draft by a few days and an offseason that many teams are forecasting will generate a good amount of trade activity to make up for a lackluster free agency class.
