Every team I speak to as Thursday night's NBA Draft approaches has the same general message:

Brace for numerous trades.

Washington Wizards president of basketball operations Tommy Sheppard held a predraft press conference Monday and left little need for interpretation with his response when he was asked about the high volume of activity expected.
