There was little chance of sound sleep after the final three seconds of Game 6 in the Eastern Conference finals.

First Jimmy Butler sank three go-ahead free throws to seemingly salvage a 5-for-21 shooting night and put Miami on the brinkiest of NBA Finals brinks. Then Derrick White hauled Boston all the way out of its 3-0 series hole and back to even by sneaking in for an improbable rebound basket at the buzzer to secure a 104-103 victory that forces a Game 7 on the Celtics’ floor.
