The notion that the final days of the 2023-24 NBA Trade Season were somehow a non-event just because the Atlanta Hawks decided to keep Dejounte Murray is ridiculous.
We were never going to get infinite trades. No league can give you that. Former MVPs were traded at the previous two deadlines; Harden in 2022 and then Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook in 2023. It’s not going to be like that every single February.
