Your food and travelogue pics/stories are becoming must-reads. Have added several spots to my “Travel List” in the future. I’m with you on the cardboard, idea. Have never been to a place that served the slices like that, but it makes so much sense. Paper plates may be cheaper and more storage efficient, but that idea is sitting there to help differentiate a restaurant from others in a crowded marketplace.

Thanks for sharing, as always. Good luck with the season starting. Looks like Frank Vogel is in your neck of the woods. Hope he gets another look next season with a contender. Love that he’s willing to go seek out other ideas from other organizations starting with some old friends in Dallas...
