One side note: I, too, share an affinity for Houston’s. Austin (TX) used to have a Houston’s many years ago in the Burnet Road area. My girlfriend, at the time, loved their “Fried Artichokes & Remoulade sauce.” Always got a big smile when I brought those home for dinner. :-)
