Not sure I’m all that bothered by referees not calling a second technical on a star player, or if I am, I’m bothered even more by the outcome of a game being determined by a key player being disqualified for, shall we say, technical reasons. (Declining to call a sixth foul is different because fouls relate directly to the game itself.)
DeShawn Stevenson , not stephenson. And i know that because i was and am a big stevenson fan. The man with an ATM in his apartment in NYC was the most underrated defender of his time. Kobe even pointed that out once. (prediction.....chris quinn in utah.)
Still staggering to me how long Pop has been a coach. Just don’t see that kind of longevity anymore. It’s equally staggering that Spoelstra is the 2nd longest tenured coach. Feels like he just started with the Heatles. Time flies and the ball never stops… 🏀
