It's been more than a month since we've been able to assemble one of these trademark staples of The Stein Line ... so we let this edition run a little longer than usual
4 years of the best NBA reporting that we have been so fortunate to receive, and it just keeps getting better every year. What would we have to complain about at all?
We are a patient bunch, Marc. That's why there were no cries for the absence of Numbers Game. Plus, I believe we were being pretty well taken care of by the voluminous information being offered instead.
For as quiet as the Warriors offseason has been to date, they seem poised to start Oct with 3-4 players who are 1/2 of best remaining. If they end up w Brogdon, Kuminga, Melton, & Horford, is that a good offseason for them? Where do they fit in a crowded west w that injury prone, veteran, experienced, talented, small team?
How about this for a Number?

Marc, hard to believe all the talent that still hasn’t signed with a team.
