@Marc - what's your current substack-era policy on voting for things such as top 75 players, HOF, MVP, etc. Know NYT had blanket ban, but what now? Are substack journos eligible for that sort of thing? Genuinely curious.
When the Top 50 was released, Wilkins was a top 10 all-time scorer, I believe - it was weird he wasn't on the list. His greatness was overshadowed by the era, what wasn't accomplished, his bizarre dissolution of his Boston contract, and subsequent overseas play at the time. Now, he's a HOF and a recognized influencer of his generation. Good time for the league to recognize that he is, in fact, an all-time NBA great.
