Critical draft picks will be made in a matter of days by the Philadelphia 76ers (No. 3 overall), Brooklyn Nets (No. 8), Chicago Bulls (No. 13) and the Memphis Grizzlies, who just acquired the 16th pick in Wednesday night’s proceedings from Orlando last weekend.

All four teams are in the process, specifically, of factoring in the future salary cap implications of the business they will soon face in the restricted free agency market while locking into their draft-night plans.
